Growing up on the small Greek island of Karpathos, windsurfing was part of our lives from the very beginning. Our family ran Pro Center Chris Schill Karpathos, so we spent our childhood surrounded by wind, water, and the unique energy of the surf lifestyle.

What started as endless days at the beach quickly turned into a lifelong passion. Watersports-Schill is built on this experience – years of riding, learning, coaching, and living the sport since day one. Today, we are excited to share that passion with others, helping you progress, create unforgettable memories, and experience the lifestyle we’ve loved from the very beginning.

Lukas Schill on the waterLukas

HEAD INSTRUCTOR

Lukas Schill

Lukas is the Head Instructor at Watersports-Schill and a certified windsurf instructor with a strong background in windsurfing, foiling, and wingfoiling. Growing up at his family's watersports center on Karpathos, he has spent his life on the water and brings years of hands - on experience to every session.

Known for his clear coaching style and personal approach, Lukas is passionate about helping riders of all levels progress, build confidence, and get the most out of every session.

Sandra is a certified instructor for windsurfing and foiling and grew up surrounded by watersports on Karpathos. She supports the coaching with a calm, focused teaching style and helps riders progress safely from their first starts to more advanced levels. In 2026 she placed fourth in freestyle at the World Cup in Fuerteventura.

ORGANISATION, CONTENT & VIDEO ANALYSIS

Nicole Schill

Nici takes care of organisation, planning, communication, and content at Watersports-Schill, making sure everything runs smoothly before and during the coaching week. She discovered windsurfing at a young age at Lake Garda, where she first got introduced to the sport.

As a certified drone pilot, she captures high - quality footage with both drone and camera for video analysis, social content, and unforgettable camp memories. With her energy, eye for detail, and support on and off the water, Nici helps create a professional, motivating, and relaxed coaching experience.
